SHIPPING DELIVERY

At Alembic Art District, we are committed to ensuring that all artworks and products reach our patrons in a timely, secure, and pristine condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process and deliver physical items ordered through our platform or purchased during exhibitions.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and offer international shipping on select items. If you are located outside India, please get in touch with us to confirm availability and shipping rates.

2. Processing Time
   •    All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving full payment and confirmation.
   •    For made-to-order or commissioned artworks, shipping timelines may vary and will be communicated individually.

3. Shipping Charges
   •    Domestic shipping is charged based on the size, weight, and destination of the product. Final charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated via email.
   •    International shipping costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be borne by the buyer.

4. Packaging
   •    We use professional-grade art packaging materials to ensure the safety of artworks during transit.
   •    Framed and unframed artworks are packed using industry-standard methods, with necessary cushioning, corner protectors, and waterproof layers.

5. Delivery Time
   •    Estimated delivery times:
   •    Within India: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
   •    International: 15–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
   •    Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, customs, strikes) are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details to monitor the delivery status.

7. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please:
   •    Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
   •    Share clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
   •    We will assess the issue and either arrange for a replacement (if applicable) or issue a refund as per our return policy.
